Trades are still fairly rare in the KBO, and most are pretty meh. This is one, however, is one of the more notable trades in recent memory, one that could make a real difference.

I thought the Kia 3rd baseman with the longer hair was doing decent. I guess not

That would be Hwang Yoon-ho, and I thought so too. He also came in to pitch in a blowout, which was fun.
Non-analyst opinion: KIA won this trade. I like Ryu and not sold on Hong as a bullpen guy. Maybe I’m wrong though and it works out great for the Bears…
